Does it work on iPad and phones?

Yes. Gelato Balancing is web-first — open it in Safari, Chrome or Edge. No App Store, no installation, no updates to chase.

Can I import my Excel recipes?

Today: drop your supplier PDFs and label photos — the AI builds your ingredient library automatically. Direct Excel import is on the roadmap.

Is my data private?

Yes. Every account has a private workspace. Other users — and other chefs — never see your recipes or ingredient library. We don't sell or share data.

Which suppliers does the AI understand?

Spec sheets from any supplier can be identified — the AI extracts every value needed for gelato balancing. Even hand-photographed labels work, as long as they're legible.

What if an ingredient isn't recognized?

You can add or correct any ingredient by hand — full editor for fats, sugars, proteins, MSNF, PAC, POD, allergens, suggested dosage and price. Manual entry is always available.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel any time during the trial or mid-subscription — you keep access until the end of the period. No phone calls, no email loops.
